About Dawnitelle

At five years old, Dawnitelle already knew: “I want to help others when I grow up.”

Both grandmothers practiced and infused massage into her young mind. One medically, helping home healthcare patients in nursing. The other holistically, with a passion for natural healing.

The challenges have been many — seasons dark enough that surviving them became the turning point of her life. The Big Island is where healing began. There, in what seemed a destiny-designed meeting, the massage apprenticeship started in 2006.

Walking through her own healing taught her to look for the rainbow at the end of the storm, and built a strength that would be tested in the years ahead. That hard-won inner healing is the bedrock she works from now — and the reason every client's pain is met with genuine tenderness.

Over the years her career has taken her through chiropractic and naturopathic clinics, spas, resorts, and her own private practice across multiple cities and states. The flexibility of her career allowed it to follow her through the diverse phases of life.

She returned to school at Arizona School of Massage Therapy, Steiner Education Group, graduating in 2016 — further expanding her toolbox with continuing education courses throughout the years.

The most powerful tool being the thousands of bodies, stories, and conditions she's worked with. This multifaceted education refined her skills into the sacred art it has become, and planted the now-sprouting seeds of Made for You Massage School.
